What is the 100% satisfaction quarantee?

We pledge to ensure you are happy with your service. If by chance you are not, we will offer to revisit to make corrections with either the same cleaner or another if desired. If for some reason returning to rectify any issue is not acceptable, a partial amount of the service will be refunded to the customer.

* The guarantee does not apply if the cleaning crew was hindered by others performing work in the home, lack of running water or electricity, excessive clutter, etc.

What payment terms do you offer?

Depending on the frequency of service requested, we offer either payment upon completion or monthly invoicing options with net 15 or 30 day terms by most major credit/debit card, wire transfer or check.

Are you licensed & insured?

We are proudly licensed with the state of Arkansas and currently hold general liability ($2M) with a waiver of subrogation, workers compensation, and a janitorial bond.

How can I receive a qoute for my facility?

You can complete our "Request for a qoute" form with your contact infomration and we will respond to you within 24-48 hours to set up a date & time to visually inspect the facility. After inspection, we will send over an electronic proposal for services to review.
